These Terms of Service govern your use of ViserShort, the video-shorts creation and auto-posting platform operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("ViserShort", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ViserShort lets you cut long videos into short clips, generate subtitles and schedule or auto-post them to your connected social accounts, on free and paid plans. We may add, change or retire features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the social accounts you connect.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed at the price shown at checkout and unlock higher cut, subtitle, storage and posting limits. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account. Refunds follow your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
4. Acceptable use & content rights
You must own or have the rights to the videos, audio and assets you upload and the right to publish them to your connected platforms. You agree not to use ViserShort for unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or in violation of any social platform's terms. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload and create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store and publish it on your behalf as you direct. AI-generated subtitles and edits are provided without warranty of accuracy and should be reviewed before publishing.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the competent courts of Catania (CT) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
